How long does the course take?
Just over half an hour total. Four lessons, each 6 to 12 minutes, plus the activities and knowledge checks. Most people do it in one sitting; it works just as well spread across a week.
How long do I have access?
Lifetime. Buy it once, come back whenever you want. There's no subscription and no expiration.
Can I share it with my team?
Your purchase covers one person. If you want your team to go through it, reach out and we'll set up team access rather than having everyone buy separately. The materials are licensed for your own use, and using them to train others commercially requires a separate license.
Do I need to take the FLEX assessment?
Yes, and it's free. It takes about ten minutes and Lesson 02 stays locked until it's done. Everything after Lesson 01 is built on your result, so without it we'd be teaching you about styles in general instead of yours specifically.
Can I download the videos?
No. Lessons stream inside your course account, which is how the program stays current when material is updated. You keep access for life, so there's nothing to save offline.
What if I've already read the books?
You'll move faster and go deeper. The books give you the framework; this course walks you through applying it to one specific person on your team this week.
Is this the same as FLEX Leadership Foundations?
No. Starter is one hour on finding your style and planning one conversation. Foundations is eight modules and six to eight hours across a whole team, including the harder conversations. Starter is a good way to find out whether the approach fits how you think.
What do I need to get started?
A browser and about an hour. Nothing to install.
Can I get a refund?
Reach out and tell me what fell short. Because access is granted immediately on purchase, refunds are handled case by case rather than automatically. If it didn't deliver what you came for, I want to hear it either way.
